Manhattan Mangalore

The architecture of the tower was planned around the resident's route from street to front door, and the interiors carry that route through the building. The lobby is double-height, lined in a textured green-grey stone with a timber-slatted ceiling and a chandelier that fills the volume; reception, waiting and the planted courts on either side are composed as one room so arrival feels generous rather than processed.

From there the lift lobbies take the same materials at a tighter scale — travertine-toned stone, timber, integrated linear light and the letterbox wall — and the amenity floor opens the palette up again: a café under a rippled timber ceiling, the pool hall in stone and slatted timber, and a residents' lounge. The scheme was developed alongside the tower's core and shaft coordination, so the lobby composition and lift-core flow were fixed together with structure and vertical transportation.
