I'm Haitham, an architect based in Dubai with over nine years of experience in the Middle East, delivering high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects for high-profile clients — from concept through construction.

My career, rooted in the diverse cultures of Egypt and now evolved in Dubai, has been dedicated to delivering high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects for high-profile clients. My portfolio covers a wide range of work, from bespoke villas to expansive development communities, each reflecting a commitment to elegance, sophistication and quality.

Beyond design, my role in art direction ensures that — while managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading design teams — every project begins with a strong concept and brand, guaranteeing a seamless experience from start to finish.

I combine art direction with technical authority, protecting design intent through documentation, consultant coordination and site, so projects are built the way they were imagined.

Leading design across five project types — hospitality, residential, commercial, retail and automotive. Currently leading design delivery on a private luxury residence, directing eight specialist disciplines from lighting and acoustics to spa & wellness, golf, façade and metalworks. Delivered four projects and currently leading three more with a combined budget of AED 500M+.

Eleven Plus Decoration Design, Dubai
Directed design vision and technical execution for seven luxury villas totalling AED 450M+ in Palm Jumeirah, District One, Al Barari and Dubai Hills. Mentored four designers, led material procurement across suppliers and coordinated with main contractors.

Delivered 16+ projects totalling USD 200M+, from masterplans to boutique hospitality, F&B and retail, in Egypt and internationally. Oversaw design direction and quality control, managing sub-consultants and construction documentation. Mentored seven designers.
