The project

In a tower, the plan is an argument about efficiency: every metre of core is a metre not sold, and every misaligned shaft is a problem repeated forty times. Unit layouts were optimised for vertical circulation, views and local regulations, while the resident experience — entry sequence, lobby composition, lift-core flow, amenities — was designed as one continuous route.

Structural, MEP, vertical transportation and lighting consultants were coordinated to resolve shaft alignments, service zones and façade-structure integration before the technical phase.
